Cancellation policy

Please cancel or reschedule through the link in your booking confirmation, or email [email protected]. The time on your confirmation email is the one that counts (including the time zone shown there).

Individual sessions

Paid 1:1 sessions are 50 minutes at €140 incl. VAT. Payment is by bank transfer; I will send details with your confirmation and in the client agreement.

  • More than 24 hours before the session: cancel or reschedule at no charge.
  • Within 24 hours of the session, or a no-show: the full session fee is charged. The slot was held for you.
  • Late arrival: we still end at the booked time. The full fee applies.
  • If I have to cancel: I will offer a new time as soon as I can. There is no fee, and any amount already paid for that session is credited or refunded.
  • Illness or a genuine emergency: tell me as soon as you can. I may waive the 24-hour fee at my discretion.

Because a session is booked for a specific date and time, the 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts does not apply to that appointment once you have booked it.

Free introductory consultation

The 30-minute intro is free, so there is nothing to charge. Please still give at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make it, so the time can go to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean I do not offer another intro.

Group coaching

After you apply and a place is confirmed, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund of the programme fee (the EU cooling-off period for distance contracts). Email me within those 14 days.

  • After 14 days, or once the programme has started: the fee is non-refundable. Your place is held for the full run, and it cannot usually be filled at short notice.
  • If I cancel or significantly postpone the group: you receive a full refund, or a place in a later group if you prefer.
  • If the group cannot run (for example too few participants): I will refund you in full or offer a new date.

How to pay any fee that is due

Late-cancel and no-show fees are payable by bank transfer, the same way as sessions. I will send the amount and payment details. Unpaid fees remain due before we book further paid sessions.

A note of care

This policy is here so the diary stays fair — for you, for me, and for the person who might have taken that time. If something in your life makes the usual window impossible, write to me. We will look at it as humans first. The privacy policy covers how I handle messages you send about cancellations.
